  I.am reporting a.lyft driver in South Carolina his name is Loren mackinnon.he mostly drives at night and is always under the influence  of methamphetamine  Marijuana  and alochol. He drives a black Toyota corolla.with a South Carolina tag on the back and a Carolina gamecock tag on the front. He is was using so please stop this man feomndriving before he kills some innocent passenger. He has also been committed before to the mental hospital in Columbia South Carolina for a few months . He's a very dangerous  person and should not be driving innocent people around..please get him off of lyft and the rd period. Thanks
