If you could choose 5 cities...Where you would you move to drive for Uber?

I have an opportunity to restart things in my life and I am thinking about moving and driving Uber someplace a little less expensive. I don't know if I'll actually do it, but I want to examine the idea.

So, if you could just pick up and move knowing that you would drive for Uber at your new location, what cities would be your top choices. Not insane expensive to live in like San Francisco, but has a good Uber business.
