I know someone who refused to pick up a passenger with furniture from IKEA, claiming that they only transport passengers, not items.
I get that it's annoying... but you're picking someone up at IKEA, you should expect that they have at least something to carry besides themselves. What's next, are drivers going to stop letting passengers travel with big suitcases?? I don't really see the difference here.
