  This is absolutely not right though I think you have hit the nail on the head. This is a product of Uber. Just like the TV series "Making a Murderer", Uber is "Making a lot of Jerks" 😂

  Uber definitely underestimates trip time, it is so frustrating. They will aslo do this when i am picking up a pax. They will tell the pax I am 3 minutes away when in reality I am sitting in traffic nad it will take me 15 minutes to get there!
