Actually, come to think about it, I mostly get promotions when I haven't used the Lyft app for a little bit. They are just using it as a way to get me to take rides again.
Uber has evaded this type of govt crackdown in so many cities. Most of the time the city changes the rules but every so often Uber just leaves until the city changes their mind and lets them back in. Is it fair? No. but sadly this is how it works.
I remember riding in an Uber with a couple back when you could have other people tag along. They were doing a quick Uber trip while waiting for the half time to be over on their girls soccer game LOL

From what I understand this is how more normal people feel after smelling a bunch of candles at a Yankee candle. For me I get that headache just from a little time with an air freshener...
