Hey driver. Why must you park in a metered spot to wait for your passenger. Please stop. You should be ticketed.

This happens all day long in front of my work.  I get it that you are waiting for your passenger, but if you park in those metered spots, you are screwing a lot of people.  You are screwing me from parking there.  You are screwing the town from its revenue on the meter.   I think it's messed up that you think you can't get a ticket because you are sitting in it

I'd like to think they can still be ticketed, right?  Not sure if any meter maid or a police officer would do that though.
