I have a 4.74 rating after using Uber around 50 times in the past 3 years. I'm always courteous, safe, friendly, tip well, and give 5 stars to basically every driver. The only reason my rating isn't higher is because on two or three occasions (when I was just learning how to use this app) I made the driver wait too long (one time they just bailed and I got stuck with the $10-$12 penalty) because I couldn't find the right pick-up spot at the airport. Shame...
