If you are in most markets, the choice is basically a 4-passenge sedan (e.g. UberX) or a 6-passenger SUVs (e.g. Uber SUV).  A good thing to remember is that you have the trunk for luggage but if you have less then the max passenger, you can place your items in unoccupied seats (within reason, pending they fit comfortably and won't be dangerous or block views).
