Over the past few months people have been ordering in food more than ever to avoid social contact during the Covid-19 pandemic. Companies like Uber Eats have been busy finding ways to stay relevant and make the process of food delivery as simple as possible. One Uber Eats initiative is their “Eats Pass”, a monthly Uber Eats subscriptions for $9.99. With the Eats Pass, subscribers enjoy $0 delivery and 5% off all orders over $15. If your order subtotal does not meet the $15 subtotal, your order will not be eligible for your Eats Pass Benefits.

How to sign up for the Uber Eats Pass:

  1. Open up your Uber Eats app
  2. Tap on your profile icon that appears on the bottom menu bar
  3. Tap “Eats Pass” and follow the prompts to subscribe.

Please note that you must have the latest version of the Uber Eats app to subscribe to Eats Pass.

Where is Eats Pass available?

Eats Pass is available to all Uber Eats users in the United States.

Can I use my Eats Pass on Uber Rides?

No, the Uber Eats Pass is only for food delivery. There are no benefits for Uber trips.

How do I cancel my Eats Pass?

Cancelling your Eats Pass is easy but it is important to note that your must cancel your Eats Pass at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled monthly payment to avoid further charges. You will still have access to your benefits until the end of your current billing period.

  1. Open your Uber Eats application
  2. Tap the profile icon in the bottom menu bar
  3. Tap "Eats Pass" 
  4. Scroll down to find the 'Auto-Renew' toggle and turn it to "off"
  5. A pop-up will appear asking if you want to turn auto-renew off. Tap "Turn Off" to confirm your cancellation
