I literally just took one to get back to the hotel. From Capitol Hill to Georgetown. ...well, more Navy Yard as I was at the Intercontinental.
They had a few blocks around the Mall cosed (obviously), but I think it's cleared up now.
Same here - though I hit a surge :(
