Can my ride drop me off at the gate to Universal Studios Hollywood?
The Guru Take
There is a drop off zone at Universal.
There is a designated area for rideshare cars to drop passengers off at Universal Studios. The designated place is within a guest parking lot, you will then have to take an escalator up to a walking path and follow signs to the CityWalk, which will take you into the park and to the ticket gates. I would estimate this walk is about 10 - 15 minutes.

For the record, Universal Studios Orlando and Disney's Hollywood Studios are 2 different parks. They are inquiring about Universal, and the picture above it's of Disney's Hollywood Studios.
Good catch! I should remove my post. I thought the original poster was asking about the various gates at Disney World because those are the controversial spots. Thanks for pointing this out.
I have. I have the pictures to prove it.
They have cops patrolling that area, because it used to be a problem where people will pull over on the grass and try to take pictures. I rarely seen people there now, but don't do it!
