How do I handle a violent and unruly female passenger out of the car? They don't listen.

With the recent happenings in the news, I am often reminded of times I had to deal with belligerent (usually drunk) women.

I wonder if people realize this but this happens way too often.  Dudes may throw up, slam the door violently, and pass out, but drunk girls get unruly, condescending, and I am scared of any law suits. 

Any advice on how to handle them?  Dashcam, dashcam, dashcam, yes. That I know.
