At this point in time it looks like a taxi or black car service would be your only private for hire option. See below.
However, you most likely can rent a car for a day or look into the areas public transportation system if one is available. Both of these options may be more economical!

Yeah I think she means a limo service. I went to Kauai a few years go, it's awesome. I believe there is a bus service, but we rented a car so I don't know much about it.
Like everything in Hawaii, taxis are expensive. Renting a car (or van in your case) might be your best bet to be honest. If you have some time you can drive up Waimea canyon all the way to the Kalalau lookout, incredible place.
