I drive in a town called Hudson Beach Florida. It's a small town. I drive every day between the hours of Midnight & 4am. Uber consistently sends me to pick up riders that are more than 40 miles from my location. The rider needs a short ride, usually only 2 or 3 miles and I will make less than $5. I end up losing money. Uber needs to change it's algorithm and pay me for the 40 miles I will need to travel to get to the pickup or it's not worth my while
