They both suck. I was trying to get to my son’s champ game 2 Saturdays ago at 9AM. So i went with lyft they confirmed i checked it the night before to make sure it was on and it was still confirmed. The next day at 8:45AM, the ride was dropped by driver already on his way to me. Yes Lyft went looking for a different driver, 5 mins later nothing, so i tried uber and luckily found a driver 10 mins away. Dont put all your eggs in one basket.
