I agree with you a hundred percent, I’m a Lyft driver looking for other options less greedy o not greedy at all and HUM has the right idea, I’ve racked up over 15K rides with Lyft and I’m done with this app, I’ll take my chances with HUM from their beginning stage which like you stated, they’re just starting and Lyft or any other company for that matter will have their issues at first and it’s not fair to review at their early stages, who knows, maybe desertdriver was truly frustrated with the app or maybe he was influenced somehow for his review on HUM, or maybe he just doesn’t understand that no biz is a hundred percent where it should be from the beginning, my apologies in advance, please don’t take offense to this since is not my intention, I’m confident HUM will do better than any of them other rideshare apps with time, and as long as they keep improving as they have been I will stick to HUM and will be loyal, drivers shouldn’t be afraid to jump in, heck if I could sign up any one can, lol, it’s really not that difficult and it’s not much different than the other greedy apps, just a different approach, most of it online from the comfort of you home.
Drivers made Lyft and Uber possible not their apps, but they don’t see that, they just see us drivers as cash cows and they’re nothing without the drivers, we put them on top but they think they can do with out us, I have news for them,, HUM IS HERE !!!!
