This is BS they say that their charges were correct and then you’ll get stuck in a loop trying to speak with them about it. I clicked on a $36 ride and they charged me $66. When I disputed it, and explained what happened, they just replied that the fare was correct. Will credit card companies back you up? I’m going to try disputing it with my CC company
They don’t take appropriate action!! I clicked on a $37 ride and they charged me $67!! I disputed it and they said the fare was correct. There is No way to contact them besides getting stuck in an endless loop. These companies are so full of c*** with their lack of customer service!!
