  The problem is that the drivers always lean on how the vehicles are theirs, private properties, and due to that they can do what they want.

  One time this driver had his trunk half full and was not able to accommodate my suitcases. Before I could complain, he cussed me out, said it was his car, and told me to cancel the ride. Unbelievable.
