The same thing happened to me this morning. I was riding from home to the airport and the upfront pricing was $33.. when I got the final bill it was $148! I was shocked and the Lyft customer service completely denied it. Uber has done the same thing with Postmates before too and absolutely refuse to help, pinning the blame and charge on the customer. Customer service has gone to zero and these companies are revealing themselves to be complete scams
