  My reason for asking is because my brother has a car that hes willing to loan me but the car is registered in PA under his name of course and it has a lien. I am a residence of MD driving uber for over 2yrs. My brother is financing another car and i offered to make payments on the loaner cause my car engine failed and i was force to rent until i can get another car. Registration insurance and inspection are a concern.
