If I'm in an airport, train station, on a pier off some waterway, don't have my laptop available, or do but no wi-fi connection, but do have a working cell phone or access to a land line, how do I order a ride? Every answer says go to some web site, which, obviously requires a device that can connect to the web. No one has yet answered that question.
