My son lives in Santa Teresa NM just outside of El Paso TX. His car is registered in his name and the insurance is in in name. He drove for UBER when he lived in NY.
I would like to know if he can drive for UBER in El Paso TX even though he lives in NM. Before he moved to NM he was told he could. Now he is being told he can't.
