To add onto "The Guru" take. If you use a taxi app, like RideYellow or Curb, you can specifiy that there will be 6 people on the ride and they will automatically send a van. In most apps there will be an option to have a description that the driver assigned can read and in that text field you can stat specific details about the trip. (Luggage, Bicycle, etc...)
