Yes, Vans and SUVs can accommodate 6 people. Limos, UberXL, UberSUV, Lift Plus, etc.
Yes, there are vehicles readily available to accommodate 6 passengers. They are generally vans and SUVs, and they would have to be requested or reserved.
- With taxi companies, you can hail or call for a large vehicle. With limo companies, you can reserve a large enough car.
- With rideshare companies, you can hail the SUV or Van car type. Check out RideGuru for those options! UberXL, UberSUV, Lyft Plus, anyone?
A word of caution! The car types state they accommodate up to 6 people (not counting the driver), but the luggage also has to fit!. Your belongings and suitcases must fit within the vehicle. While there is always trunk space, that can be limited!

To add onto "The Guru" take. If you use a taxi app, like RideYellow or Curb, you can specifiy that there will be 6 people on the ride and they will automatically send a van. In most apps there will be an option to have a description that the driver assigned can read and in that text field you can stat specific details about the trip. (Luggage, Bicycle, etc...)
