I think the Uber rating system is perverse. On a scale of 1 to 5 3 should be average and should be considered satisfactory. 5 should be excellent (A) 4 should be good (B) 3 should be satisfactory/average (C) 2 should be unsatisfactory (D) and 1 should be horrible/really bad (F) and I included in parenthesis equivalent grades if I was to use letter grades like school.
