  For sure, and she does both. But she also has $400 sitting on her Uber account for over 11 days now that she has already earned, so being read the same script week after week is not very reassuring that the issue is ever going to be resolved

  No, she didn’t give her login info to anyone. She updated her debit card as she lost hers but she has spoke with several people at Uber and they told her they would remove the hold within 48 hours and it’s been 11 days now. It’s pretty frustrating when they keep responding with the same generic answers and are not resolving the issue
