Yes this just happened to me today I’m beyond pissed! I have a 5 star rating and no bad feedback! They said fraud was the same exact wording to me as they had said to you. I can’t believe I ever wasted my time with them. I am a mother and they treated me like a criminal. I’m sure someone on the inside screwed up!
