  Please help. We went to our Uber receipt to try to upgrade our driver rating, Because we hit  the wrong star by mistake.. We went to our Uber receipt to try to upgrade our driver rating, and it and the link you gave said firmly from Uber that one cannot change the rating. Has this changed since you posted your advice?
