If possible, drive with all the windows fully down! Open air is the best thing to combat this.

It depends on how often you need to use the car and what parking will be like in your area. Depending on these two questions it might be cheaper to rent a car with a childseat for your family. If you just need a car for one leg of a route or are traveling in a city with limited parking then I would look into Uber Car Seat. You could also always request a normal taxi or Uber and bring your own travel car seat - some fold down pretty small! Check out the link below that I found on this site.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend scheduling an Uber in advance from and airport. Especially an airport as large as Tampa. There will always be plenty of Ubers ready to pick you up whenever you land. Simply order your Uber as you are getting your luggage and one will be there in 2-3 minutes.

This is going to cause drivers to discriminate against passengers. I think this is a terrible idea.
