Just saw now Uber has a new Pass that no longer offers flat rate. I used to purchase the flat rate pass for commute, but not sure if the discount pass now worth it. Also, does anyone realize that we no long receives coupons when on a pass?

It is the Uber official page, looks like not available in CA https://www.uber.com/us/en/ride/how-it-works/uber-pass/
