The fact that lyft doesn't have a full time customer service phone center makes their legitimacy as a business go down the drain. I have had multiple problems that their "email/messaging center" cannot solve... Either there isn't an option for the problem I'm having, or if I actually use the message service, they never contact me about my problem... Or if they do it is DAYS after I've already given up on the problem.
I am so frustrated with lyft and uber BOTH for this ongoing problem... Plus, I am in a wheelchair, and there are many different aspects of the ride that I would usually get that I need to address BEFORE the ride even gets to me. Like, size of the van/wheelchair accessible vehicle, does it have proper restraints, and other more personal questions.
I wanna say some really awful things about lyft and uber both right now.... But I won't. Just get it fixed!
