   5 years ago in  How do I ban or block drivers I do not want to be matched up with? I heard drivers can do the same with riders?

  Sounds like they do nothing to prevent encountering drivers we know who work for Uber/Lyft and are less than reputable people. We are FORCED to ride with them 1st BEFORE you can stop worrying you'll never encounter them again. Thanks for always keeping our safety in mind!
