I set up an Uber ride the day before needed. At the appointed time and for ten minutes after, a driver did not show up. I had to get to Ontario Airport on time so I scheduled another ride. Luckly another driver was seven minutes away. Now Uber is charging me a $35 cancellation fee. I will NOT be charged for their mistakes. I am NOT a driver! I am a passenger, and the driver never showed so I had to schedule another ride on the spot. I am NOT a driver. I am a customer!
