   6 years ago in  Seattle looking to change Uber/Lyft laws which might increase rates over $1 per mile!

  Can Seattle just tell Uber to raise there rates like this? Would they add on the charge and pass it to the drivers? I also wonder how Uber will react. I guess it will be for all rideshare services in Seattle so the competition will stay the same.

  I've never had a problem with early morning Ubers - I live outside of Boston.
