It’s now 2 years since my account was deactivated permanently after driving for Uber for just a month or two. My rating was good about 5.0, 4.9 & 4.8 respectively which actually gave me hope and the love for doing Uber. One day I picked up a female passenger in the morning who seemed to be late for work she was doing her makeup and brushing her hair. I politely told her to be careful with her hair not to drop on the seat for the next passenger and she said I was rude. I apologized but she still warned me and threatened to give a bad rating and comment.... The next incident was having two stops the lady was picking up her 2 kids from school and she forgot about me while talking to her kids’ school teacher. It took her almost 25mins to walk back to me. When she came back I told her that mom you forgot about me. She did not realize that I was working hence taking that long but instead she said, I paid for the ride so you have to wait because you will be paid no matter the delays. I said I do understand that but you took so long I said. She said ‘ you won’t drive for long’ and she left. Then after a few rides I was deactivated permanently and @UberSuoport told me that I had many complaints from the community. It’s now two years and after getting a back surgery I can not do any aggressive works like standing up, bending or lift heavy stuffs. I have a family and I’m a single parent of three kids.
I kindly request Uber to give another chance because I have learned from my past experiences.
I love Uber and was a great experience meeting people and sharing different stories .
