Once your driver account has been deactivated "permanently", how long does it take before I can apply for Uber again?

    It depends why you got deactivated. In some instances Uber will allow you to take an online course for $100. After completeing the course you will be able to drive. I dont think Lyft has a course but I am not sure. If you got deactivated because of a false report I hope you have dash cam footage to prove it was false. Must have dash cam. From my understanding its best to go to the Hub, call them, or go on Twitter. Emails and sending messages dont seem to help much. It is not easy to get them to reverse their decision unless you have proof you didnt do anything wrong or if its something they will allow you to take the course. There are quite a few videos on YT regarding deactivation. If you are interested just leave a message in comments and I will post the channels of the You Tubers (Uber Tubers) that are decent men & women that are usually trustworthy with their advice.       hi, where do you take that course? I been deactivated permanently last year for not following safety guidelines( not wearing face mask), call them for three months, went to hub uploaded dash cam videos to them and still they told me that they are sorry we the inconvenience. Year after they are sending me form to reactivate my vehicle after being in accident, I was shocked but vehicle never been at any damage, whatever so I did went to hub they guy went out inspect visually my car, made pictures and still no luck. Asked them many times where I can pass some safety classes and they respond there is no such a thing. Can you tell me where I should go, coz always as their policy they cannot provide the passengers name and time of complaint. Even court didn’t help with the issue. Uber won and I walked out still deactivated

    I got deactivated 3yrs because of a delayed delivery but i had tried to explain the reasons to the customer care but they never responded so i switched to shipt for the meantime. It was until December that i could get access back to my account. Thanks to cyberianx on Telegram

    I have a same problem deactivate account for just low rating  they don’t care and don’t listen. I speak Uber hours and hours did many courses but they don’t care. My Next step is I am going to File a petition against Uber in Federal Court  and will explained to Judge about Uber slavery behavior with drivers. I am making a case arrangements of all phone records calls email with Uber to explained to judge.
    let the Judge decided why they close the account.

      They deactivated me for going to jail for dancing almost 40 years ago. I was brought into that industry and the owner bought a new club in an area where the people didn't want it. So their beef was with him.


      Of course none of us knew that.  Anyhow all dancers were given mandatory days to work there or get fired from the main club.


      We were snatched right off the stage, so embarrassing. I could never understand how they give nude dancing permits to these owners and allow police to give dancers a record in the neighborhood of sx crimes.


      All parties involved dancers. staff, management and customers are adults in an establishment that is permitted. I feel it's criminal to do that to young people.


      Anyhow that's why I got permanently deactivated after 5700+ deliveries and 4+ years.


      Shouldn't this be a class action lawsuit?

      Hi guys I was suspended and deactivated from my Uber eats account few days ago, after series of mailing them I never got a feedback from the support team. I became frustrated and Don't know what else to do not until I saw a recommendation comment about  digital solutions  . He helped me in fixing my account and now I can confidently say my account is back and I am very grateful for that.


      He reactivates all accounts.

    Uber firm is a fucking assholes they don't bother about the drivers they only perform on one side because they are slaves for the money without any fault they have deactivated my account, my concern is I have the proof to prove myself that I was not guilty, thus the uber ask the passengers for the proof for their feedbacks.

    It’s now 2 years since my account was deactivated permanently after driving for Uber for just a month or two. My rating was good about 5.0, 4.9 & 4.8 respectively which actually gave me hope and the love for doing Uber. One day I picked up a female passenger in the morning who seemed to be late for work she was doing her makeup and brushing her hair. I politely told her to be careful with her hair not to drop on the seat for the next passenger and she said I was rude. I apologized but she still warned me and threatened to give a bad rating and comment.... The next incident was having two stops the lady was picking up her 2 kids from school and she forgot about me while talking to her kids’ school teacher. It took her almost 25mins to walk back to me. When she came back I told her that mom you forgot about me. It’s now two years and after getting a back surgery I can not do any aggressive works like standing up, bending or lift heavy stuffs. I have a family and I’m a single parent of three kids.


    I kindly request Uber to give another chance because I have learned from my past experiences.

    I love Uber and was a great experience meeting people and sharing different stories .

    Hello, I started driving again for Uber 3 days ago i was driving for them in another state a year ago, a passenger reported that I was falling asleep behind the wheel because my car was sliding during a rain storm after a few more rides my tire went flat on the highway while I had a passenger in the car they wasn’t upset or anything and called another Uber, but I purchased 2 new front tires that same day So that I’m able to drive with no issues 

    The passenger I had while the car was sliding reported me and now I’m permanently deactivated by Uber, I don’t know what to do I didn’t fall asleep while driving this is my normal hours of driving late at night, please if you have any advice that may help me

    Probably never. What did you do or what are you being accused of? Hard to speculate without knowing the reason. Are you a new driver? If your rating drops to a 4.60 in the early days when you first start driving for non serious reasons they may let you take an online course for $100. I know people this happened to.

    Sorry to say, if you've been deactivated permanently, you'll never get back on the platform legally. There's always Lyft

      No mate your wrong I have my own experience I was Uber x driver from last 4 years but in last year I changed it to Uber eats driver and first time I got warning msg and after week I got msg your Uber driver access is temporary removed coz of Coustmer complaint delayed of food as previously we warn you than after 72 hrs finally I got reactivated and got email if they got complaint in future regarding this than you will lose access permanently deactivated on Uber platform I try my best but how ever after 1and half months one day when I was ready to deliver food app show need attention than I read msg there was again same things but this time said permanently i called them msgs but got same ans no our decision is final can’t take it back don’t msg or called Uber regarding this concern but I had one hope I thought may be can drive Uberx but they block my Nbr as well  you can’t contact if u deactivated than after month my friend told me the way to get new Uber ac rea…

      take the case case to federal court very simple. It will cost little bit money for filing fee.
