2 years ago in  Uber did not paid for missing trip.

I am also dealing with unpaid/missing trips.

On March 2nd I completed 6 trips. In the app, it actually does say SIX completed trips. But only 3 of them were included in specific detail, and only the same three were paid.

This also happened to me about 2 weeks ago. After waiting far beyond the 48 hours they say you must wait for payments to arrive, I texted support. Support said "I cannot help you in my dept..so I am transferring you to specialized dept" at least FIVE TIMES... dont forget this was a CHAT they said they'd be transferring me from.

At least FIVE times they simply ended the chat (ditched me) and no "transfer" ever took place.

Eventually I called them. I was told they weren't able to take care of the problem but that they'd "TRANSFER" me to specialized dept. I was transferred to another person who AGAIN said "wrong dept/transferring you to specialized team" at least FIVE TIMES before finally being transferred to someone who said he was the correct dept. He fixed the missing trip payment.

But THAT was my experience a couple weeks ago. Not the most recent experience. THIS time, so far, every person I've spoken with wants me to fill out forms online including details (time, restaurant, client name) of the missing trips... how can  I do that when the trips and all their data ARE MISSING?!!??

Furthermore, I am now being lied to as they keep telling me "we cannot process the missing trips and we CANNOT TRANSFER YOU TO THE SPECIALIZED DEPT. . you have to email them" ..

WTF??? They can't transfer me to the specialized dept they transferred me to last time this happened a couple weeks ago?

Supposedly they've emailed the dept "on my behalf" but frankly I don't believe more than about 20% of the crap UBER support feeds me on the phone and even less if its said in chat.

80-90% of everything support says or types is clearly being read from pre-written script anyway. They're usually just in a hurry to pass the buck or simply (abruptly) end chat sessions without providing any sort of resolution.

    Uber fucking SUCKS.
