  Thanks for your comment @chawes! We're open to changes, and actively considering ways to improve our users experience.

  Our service approach is to build a community of trusted users, who contribute towards driver's trip expenses, not to be used as a taxi-hailing/profit generating stream.

  Safety is important to us, and identity verification of both drivers and riders (as users can switch between these roles) is on top of our list. More changes are in the pipeline, to ensure we build a safe community for our users.
