I agree they suck!! Someone changed my account and password and made 2 charges and I can’t even get into the damn app to get help. I’ve had to cancel my bank card and report fraud. Uber is terrible!
I am beyond angry. Someone changed my account info and password and have now got two charges on my account that were not from me! And I can’t even get into the damn app to contact someone for help. This is ridiculous! Now I have had to cancel my card and am having fraud dept at bank look into it. Uber sucks!
I as well have been trying to get ahold of someone. They suck! Someone changed all of my information and changed password and charged trips and now I can’t even get into the app! I’m so pissed!!
