   3 years ago in  Uber's support is SO bad, this rider couldn't even get through when trying to report a mass shooter

  24/7 doesn't mean they will answer every call live. It means there's someone sitting there - at least one person - in a call center somewhere. 

  Prove me wrong. I bet that's what happened here.
