I believe you can. It will just send out the request right before you need it.
I run a company called Sitbaq which is a reservation ased service in California (SF Bay Area). We assign you a driver that is dedicated to the ride. If you like the driver, you can assign him as a favorite driver and request the driver again.
If you are in the area and want to try it you can just download the app from the Apple or Android app store and sign up. You can also use promo code SB10 for $10 off your first ride.
Yes, Sitbaq can handle this. There is a few ways currently.
1. If you have a referral code from a driver and you use it to sign up you will have the driver pre-loaded in the app. This way you can request the driver for both rides.
2. Once you take a ride you can request the same driver again. So you can actually take the first ride and then add that driver as a favorite, then request that driver again.
This is the way it works right now. In the future, we will make it easy to book a return ride from the first ride.

I run a company called SITBAQ. It is based on reservations so it is easier to set this up. We can provide two trips 1.5 hours apart, basically you just set up the time. Also, you can see the driver assigned to you, and in most cases you will want to have the save driver which is doable. We are only in CA right now. Our max distance is 150miles on a ride as well.

I am not sure of your location, but you can book rides within this time limit with SITBAQ. We are currently in California. SITBAQ offers the ability to reserve a ride in advance and then a driver is assigned to you and you can also track the driver. I hope this helps!
