  i get it that the pricing is dependent on demand but basing it on people simply searching irks me a bit. I get it if someone else booked a ride, the price may go up because there is one fewer driver on the streets. (following the supply-demand thing)  but if people are just interested? 

  it's like an ice cream truck jacking up the prices when they see your kids super excited.
