  I never thought of this before. What happens if the driver's cellphone doesn't have cellular signal. Say during a ride or upon drop off?

  The app turns off after 3 declined (ignored) requests?  Neat. 

  Actually, is there a difference between ignoring a request (letting it timeout) and declining a request?
