  Right.  and glad to see that since this is one career where I'd like to think it really doesn't matter what gender you are. I mean, you have no boss or peers.  Just so you and the road...

  Grab and Uber's services do not necessarily overlap geographically, so I would be careful before comparing their prices or their algorithm.  I think Grab's pricing is similar to old taximeters and Uber, where they rely on duration and distance...  I don't know if they have surge.
