Uber does allow passengers to schedule rides in advance for most of their supported locations. To learn how to schedule your ride in advance with Uber, check out this article: https://ride.guru/content/newsroom/how-to-find-scheduled-uber-rides-in-your-area
Keep in mind that since this article was published Uber has added more cities to their scheduled rides program. To see if your location allows for scheduled Uber rides, simply open the Uber app and see if there is a button (near the bottom) that says "Schedule a Ride".
