  What's the big deal?  Shouldn't Uber have the right to collect some fees?  They are not a charity.

  actually, on a serious note, perhaps anonymity (or lack there of) should be argued here?  Uber minding your business (and dealers' businesses)...  What's next?  The driver asking me whether I had paid my parking ticket?

  Maybe the driver forgot to start the trip.  Hence it looked to the app that the driver was waiting for ever.
