  Im confused. I thought they were deactivating these riders, now they are giving them special promotions?

   6 years ago in  Uber driver did the whole journey without picking us up...how can I claim my money back?

  Ugh, this is so frustrating. I have found in the past if I keep emailing Uber and complaining eventually they cave and reimburse me. Its annoying but it has worked.

  This always makes me so mad! I get I can dispute this but I don't always have time to deal with Uber's shitty customer service. First they make me late, then they make me dispute charges. Get your act together Uber.

  I think there is a way now for you to have multiple cars attached to your app so you can use either your or your wifes car :)
