This annoys me so much. I just requested an Uber and it said 2 minutes away. Great. I go outside to wait and all the sudden I look at my phone again and the Uber took a wrong turn and is now 15 minutes away. I ordered an Uber because it was supposed to be FASTER than walking. So i cancelled the ride. I was only going 10 blocks. They changed me $5!! It's not my fault the driver is incapable of following directions to pick me up.

This always makes me so mad! I get I can dispute this but I don't always have time to deal with Uber's shitty customer service. First they make me late, then they make me dispute charges. Get your act together Uber.

THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME!! I see it cross my street on the app and totally forget to turn. You should dispute the charge. I do that almost every time they try to charge me. It looks like they credit to my account every time.

You can dispute the fee if you think you shouldn't have been charged. Uber might be able to credit your account if it's a legitimate reason to cancel
