Requested on On-demand Basis. Not designed for recurring.
Uber and Lyft are services requested on on-demand basis, so they are not designed for "recurring rides." That might be an area better served by traditional car service or taxi. You could potentially use "Scheduled Rides" feature on Uber and Lyft, but you'd have to schedule each one.
We are not aware of third-party services who do this, but maybe you can look around.
