Yes, "Scheduled Ride" is the feature. (in supported cities), but read the fine prints.
Yes, you can reserve Uber rides now like you do limos and taxis. (in supported cities) However, the concept is slightly different than what you are used to as Uber is an on-demand service provider and this still holds true for "scheduled" rides.
Unlike limo reservations, where your reservation is properly built into the drivers’ schedules (and a driver assigned), Uber takes a simpler method. When the time of your reservation comes, Uber triggers a ride request just like any other trip. Then the most appropriate driver will accept your ride and come your way.
Uber claims they have mechanisms to assure you a ride, but if you look in the fine print, the rides are not guaranteed.

Looks like most companies are starting to adopt this. I guess it isn't that difficult to implement this. Just a queue of requests and a schedule to execute them.
This cannot be that reliable, as it gives a false sense of a "real" reservation.
It also goes against the whole notion of "on-demand" services too.
